Fayose's statement was immediately after he casted his vote and that was around 1; 40pm when no collation has been made. Meanwhile, reading through the statement he said nothing but the truth because it was only one PU that someone buying votes was arrested, he said INEC meant well but the security agencies didn't do anything about sharing money and they allowed snatching of ballots.
We are supposed to argue constructively and we should always let our criticisms free of sentiments and hate.
