Fayose can do nothing with the inherited debt. If you check @BudgetIT analysis on twitter, the federal allocation coming to Ekiti after servicing of debt cannot even pay workers salaries let alone infrastructure. So what Fayose agreed with the workers, is to be paying a month salary after 2 months. Ask yourself, how Fayose that left 30billion Naira in his first term with zero debt came back to inherit debt.
