WHAT ARE OTHER DOCUMENTS NEEDED? WHAT ARE MY TO EXPECT AT THE VISA INTERVIEW?

no documents are to be sent to the US embassy. U'll have to present them yourself at the interview

Pls, I also need advice on usa visit visa.
I want to apply for my wife and I and I don't know how to go about cos we'll be using the
same documents from the same sponsor in Usa.
Pls, I need to know if i'm suppose to apply online for an interview date as a "crew" so that
we can be interviewed together or "individually" which will results to different interview dates.

You can take the scanned copies but you really need originals. All the documents you said were mailed to the US embassy probably ended up in their recycle bin.
