The designer did a very nice job. She didn't want to copy exactly the original cake to avoid violating Copyright law.
She may be sue for that.

Moreover, she want to show her own concept. She is a great designer.

A closer look at both cakes, one can tell that they were actually supposed to be different designs. And they were likely done by the same person. The reason for the title can just be for attention. Check the background of both cakes.
