The police have said that there must be a complaint before they investigate the alleged forgery of NYSC exemption certificate involving the minister of finance, Kemi Adeosun - The police spokesman, Jimoh Moshood, said there must be a written or verbal complaint against the minister - He says no one has come forward to lodge a complaint against Adeosun The police have said that the alleged forgery of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) exemption certificate involving the minister of finance, Kemi Adeosun, cannot be investigated because there is no formal complaint against her.
