I feel the only way to have a free and fair election is if the voting system is outsourced to a thirty party in top tech countries and from there they announce the result but still this idea looks foolish.

Before u do mobile voting they are some factors u need to consider!
1.) have u considered people with multi sim? Like me i have 2 android phone with 4 registered sims, meaning i can vote 4 times.
2.) have u also considered underage people voting? Cos some of my students in primary school have phones and they can vote! While voting is meant for matured adult of above 18 years!
3.) it is better to give individuals 5k each than to give service provider network 5billion naira to rig!
4.) have u considered mobile phone voting safe, cos new hackers may spring up during process!
