An Austin-based Nigerian fraudster who netted more than $1 million in scams was sentenced to federal prison Tuesday, according to U.S Department of Justice officials. Kingsley Otuya, 34, will serve an 11-year sentence after he pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit money laundering.
