This is one topic i've always wanted to post... This is arguably one hell of a topic.
There are set of graduates from different form of institution having varies of knowledge... But the question is which is better? A University graduate or A Polytechnic graduate

A university graduate is more knowledgeable in the theoretical aspect of a course,
while a polytechnic graduate is more knowledgeable in the practical aspect of the same course.

The poly guys are better. Their knowledge on practicals is way beyond any university student's .

knowledge is an individual thing, You can't generalize which one has more knowledge. Even though one might be more practically inclined than others. I think it all deals with personal development. Most poly lecturers are BSC holders, or might have attended a uni before.

Take computer science and engineering as an example, u'll notice that polytechnics are very much good at producing the best when it comes to these courses.
But a University though, offer wide range of courses and that is where they become better than a polytechnic...
