Senate president Bukola Saraki has reacted to rumour of alleged offer from President Buhari to convince him to stay in APC

Senate president Bukola Saraki has dismissed reports that he was offered juicy appointment ahead of 2019 elections by the Muhammadu Buhari's administration to convince him to stay put in the All Progressives Congress. Saraki, in a statement signed by his special adviser (media and publicity), Yusuph Olaniyonu, on Sunday, July 22, said he is more focused on the future of Nigeria and does not require personal gains to serve the country. He said: "I believe at this point, it is important for me to make some clarifications, end speculations and make my position clear.
