Ikopimazzz: Are you OKay ? Do the right thing by disobeying court order because Amanju bribed the Fifa President. Supreme Court declared Giwa winner. So why using DSS in commando style to remove him. That’s coup |

Undue interference is the reason for underdevelopment of sports in Nigeria.Though Pinnick knows his onions. |

I find this all too wrong. I simply cannot understand why court orders are not obeyed and impunity continues to reign. If we donot support our institutions we will continue to be subject to the regressive limitations of a few and not the progressive wisdom of many. A lot of folks here say, because the man in question, Pinnick is 'performing' so the vacationing of the order if the apex court is welcome. But once again we have set up and elevated individuals against institutions. What if tomorrow the same Pinnick having viewed himself indispensable begins to 'underperform', who will we blame. Then how do you remove him. Does he now appear like someone willing to steo down if he loses the next elections. Will he not bring the DSS to truncate again. I understand the non interference statutes of FIFA and quite frankly it will have paid us wellifwe had taken any punishment including a ban if it would make us sit up and restructure the soccer space bit this action has only kicked the can further down the road and left us with no lessons to learn. This continues to be the bane of Nigeria's and Africa's development. If things worked properly in this country and the rule of law was upheld, you and I could aspire to any office and do far better than those we sit and watch mess up themselves and the nation. |

The Supreme Court should have avoided considering the matter knowing the Court for Sports Arbitration had given judgement and this was a sports issue with international dimensions. Now that FIFA threatens to barn Nigeria, the Presidency is forced to ridicule the Judiciary with DSS. |
Re: DSS Reinstates Amaju Pinnick As NFF President by informed(m): 8:16am On Jul 24, 2018 |
Reference: FIFA is an international organisation that has its own rules and conducts which every member of that union attests to. When there's an issue, the Court for Sports Arbitration - sports courts are there for these guys to go and lay their grievances. All over the world, football and politics don't mix. Football is a world of its own and all member nations of that union have attested and agreed to its statues before joining it. So that is the CRUX of the matter and the case should have been thrown out for lack of jurisdiction. Who the hell is Chris Giwa and what has he done or achieved for Nigerian football to hold us to ransom? His only acclaim is being a member of the National House of Assembly and the proprietor of GIWA FC. If he has so much to offer to Nigerian Football, why not bid his time and wait for the next elections? Why sacrifice the aspirations of a nation on his personal ambitions. Chris knows the popularity and influence of these current guys at the glass house is on the rise hence the need to snatch the leadership the way they do in Nigerian Politics. We're so happy to see the end of this CHARADE |

Pinnick is an asset that should not be ignored as he is now the African eye in the World Football...only foolish government can close eyes on such asset |

post=69645251: It just shows that this government is a practical joke. No cohension whatsoever. Everybody doing whatever they like. Assuming it was opposition thats in government that are tackling the ruling, might have mase sense but the same government doing themselves is just absurd. Where was DSS in the first instance, wasnt the minister that requested Pinnick to leave? Is attorney general not aware of the autonomy of NFF. All of them are mad jare. And thanks to an ineffectual buffoon at the top, he is just a big dissapointment. They should be deceiving themselves. |

show of shame Nigeria coach caught collecting $1000 bribe from undercovers, posing as agents in order to influence players’ selection at the tournament. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DmDtnYgCqws Also, the former Kano Pillars handler was promised 15% from the players’ contracts should they get snapped up, with the gaffer in turn promising the agents spots for both players at the 2018 African Nations Championship in Morocco. The players were not named in the footage as Nigeria went all the way to the final, where they were handed a 4-1 defeat by hosts Ghana - their only loss in the competition. |
