No Neymar! You heard right, No PSG Neymar Jr. on the list. FIFA has released the 10-man shortlist for the 2018 FIFA #TheBest award in three categories; The Best Men's Coach, The Best Female Coach, The Best Women's player and The Best Men's player. After a group of panel across the world of football cut down the 23-man shortlist to 10 on a criteria of voting and individual performance across Europe for a calendar year.
