I've been follow their banter even before Parker vs AJ so I know what am saying, the only reason AJ needs to fight Wilder is to unify all the belts WBC is not so special,if it was Wilder will be popular in the US,dude can't pull a crowd in his own country,I feel he should fight AJ in the UK then a rematch in the US,he shouldn't be the one dictating where he wants the fight.

Fear of losing his belts
If he doesn't take up this Wilder challenge, his credibility as a super boxer will start to diminish

Spoken like a truly ignorant person! Why should AJ, a world champion with 4 belts be taking orders from a guy with just 1 belt? Why? Who does that? Why should Joshua fight in America? What an insult. Deontay Wilder is crazy stupid for thinking he can play emotional blackmail to control AJ to fight him on Wilder’s terms. Get it straight to your head. AJ > Wilder; AJ is the man to beat in this equation. Deontay Wilder is just another arrogant overrated street punk-ass African-American negro boxer with entitlement mentality that believes this fight should be handed over to him on a gold platter. If Wilder is ready to fight AJ, then let him agree to AJ’s terms and get his black arrogant ass on a flight to the UK. If he really wants to fight, he should come to the UK. Joshua is world class, and has defeated and keeps defeating world class champions. Who has Wilder defeated? Boxing nonentities that’s who. He has never fought a world class opponent in his career. The day he tries that, then we’ll know what he is really made of. Wilder my foot! undecided

Fury is just an envious, frustrated "has-been" who is still battling with his cocaine addiction and mental health issues. Both Wilder and Joshua are undefeated, but Joshua is 5 years younger and he has a good record against aggressive fighters like Wilder as proved against Carlos Takam.

Joshua did not even refuse to fight Wilder, he just decided to postpone the Wilder fight until he fights a mandatory title defence against Alexander Povetkin on 22nd September.

He's scared.

Since when has Miller been calling AJ out? Dude, what you saw last week was a PR stunt orchestrated by Hearn himself to put more pressure on Wilder.

When Fury was still active before his 2year hibernation, he enever called AJ out nor even consider him in terms of fighting him...

You know the two very well, i can deduce that from your post. Wilder fights like a tout while Joshua fights like a pro...wilder fights like a beast and tends to instill fear in his opponents and the fans making him seem like the strongest.. He throws wide and wild punches without protecting himself with Joshua who's more technical and intimidating like him, Joshua has a chance. If I'm asked to bet between the two, seriously i will give Joshua the win even though i know that wilder has an upper odd to win considering his fighting pattern, age difference and lifestyle... My annoyance is that people shout as if Joshua has no chance at all.

You people shout that Joshua is afraid when Joshua has already accepted to fight him wilder next year...

Telling me to go watch them on YouTube is annoying because I'm very sure I've burnt more data on YouTube watching their individual fights, weaknesses, knockouts and comparisons. So, i know what I'm talking. Wilder maybe stronger and older but Aj has more technicality.

I believe Aj has been delaying their fight because he's got more to lose and he needs more time to arrange himself to face a wild fighter like wilder.

I agree with you, exactly what I would want AJ to do. He needs to buy himself all the time in the world to prepare to face Deontay.

AJ has been challenged for almost two years now, he doesn't have to accept the challenge immediately but should have known he can't avoid DW forever. So I guess his preparation from then should be mildly visible from his consecutive fights

I won't deceive you bro, from the day DW challenged AJ, none of his fights had been able to convince me he is match for Deontay.

AJ still struggles to beat his opponents and keep clean sheets. He looks feeble and vulnerable at times. He is still not extraordinary enough for someone that would beat DW next year even as I would love him to. We just have to face reality.

It's fine to win by unanimous decision, win while your opponents barely have a swollen or broken face or while your opponents can stand well on their legs or can open both eyes but you can't have such build up and say you would win DW like that too, lol it would be very disastrous for AJ

AJ doesn't have to fight like a tout like u said (but remember the rules still permit him) but I think he should win hands down and convincingly enough. Let's see his dominance in most of the rounds, broken face of his opponents.

AJ's tactics and techniques you talked about is for his contemporaries. I don't see that unsettling DW. I would say . If AJ will take on DW like he took his past opponents, I am %100 sure it will be hid first career loss.

We should reference this bro, if AJ doesn't step up his game before he meets Wilder, I'll bet huge on him loosing. Or would you tell me AJ still has some strength, energy, techniques he hasn't used yet I'm his fights?

AJ techniques will only make him a tougher opponents that DW's pasts, I still see him having a good day with a KO not even by unanimous decision.

have been following them for a while now, the thing i observe is that wilder is always aggressive to knock you out, while Joshua fight smart. he is not so concern about seen blood on his opponent but just to win unlike wilder. Joshua has more defensive tactics which will make the fight more thick. Joshua display whatever you input, if you like to rush, he will give it to you that way and if you are slowly he adjust. my observation
true.
I have watched some of his fights. the guy studies his opponent and adjust. I think in the fight, much of AJ's skills will be displayed and it's going to give him a greater advantage.
And i don't think he is trying not fight. I think they are just yet to reach that point of agreement.

People just talk without giving AJ any chance at all as if he's one primary school child fighting a pro boxer. Take your time and watch some of his fights and you know he's got all that Wilder has and probably more. Please give AJ some respect. No heavyweight boxer, I repeat, no heavyweight boxer is a push over. Watch AJ /Parker, AJ/Klitchsco and many more and say whether he's a pushover. For me, the fight between AJ and Wilder is 50/50. It can go either way but one thing is certain, it's going to be VERY TOUGH for both of them. AJ shouldn't and cannot be bullied to submission by Wilder as to the terms of the agreement. As AJ is taking on his mandatory challenger, Wilder should take on Dylian White who is currently challenging him and stop ducking. AJ is the man to beat. The fight may eventually turn out to be comparable to that between David and Goliath.

solbase10:
Tyson Fury has labelled Anthony Joshua a disgrace for not reaching an agreement to fight Deontay Wilder in the United States.

Joshua holds the International Boxing Federation (IBF), World Boxing Association (WBA), World Boxing Organization (WBO) and International Boxing Organisation (IBO) heavyweight titles, but failed to reach a deal with WBC champion Wilder for a fight which would have unified the divisions’ belts.

Instead Joshua will take on Russia’s Alexander Povetkin, a mandatory challenger, on September 22 at Wembley as his next opponent after defeating Joseph Parker recently.

And Fury thinks Joshua is scared of fighting the American and believes the heavyweight division deserves better from their champion.

“I think it’s such a sad time for heavyweight boxing because you’ve got the so-called super champion and golden boy, Anthony Joshua, and he is avoiding Deontay Wilder and will not fight him at any cost,” Fury said in a video posted to Twitter.

“If you’re not going to fight someone for £40million, you’re not going to fight him for anything. It’s a disgrace and he’s a disgrace to boxing.

“And I think it needs somebody good enough to step up and take on the challenges and not be afraid – not be afraid to take risks and go to people’s backyards and do it.”

I have seen lots of the clips of joshua including the one he lost to a Roumania opponent in an european championship in 2011,i have also seen lots of wielder's clips, wielder appears brutal n aggresive in approach while joshua appear more composed n highly technical, precision wise i think joshua is more effective, both fighters are not lacking in strenght, wielder is loud mouthed but joshua's calmness like a cat is dangerous to underrate,on a fair setting it can be anybody's game but the Americans wants to dominate the boxing business, nobody should underrate the crafty ways of the Americans,i'm sure the joshua camp knows this too well.
