The worst fear for most people is public speaking, the only thing that makes people fear in public speaking is fear, fear is an emotional trigger that all living creature are familiar with.


Public speaking can be mastered by practicing it on a regular basis, slow, deep breathing is also an effective way of calming the fears of public speaking, and whenever the fear or anxiety comes, always remind yourself that you are in control.


Let's see some ways that you can overcome the fears of speaking in public within a short period of time:
Prepare before hand

This is one of the best way of overcoming public speaking, by rigorously preparing before hand, helps you to gain much confidence, or you can read widely on books that talks about your particular speech.


After full preparation, approach your friends, and give them a speech, make sure they give you an honest reply, so you know the things that needs changes.
Engage the audience

By actively engaging the audience, you are on your way of overcoming fears of public speaking, always make them a part of your speech, throw some jokes at them, as long as it is related to your speech, this will make it more easier.
