thanks for the reply, the estate is owned by ogombo town (ogombo peaceland estate), it is like a 5 to 10 minutes drive from ajah. the document of the entire ogombo propperties is a global C of O and a deed of assignment for all the plots, the ones without a deed will have a survey plan or layout plan, for the preparation of the survey plan and deed, that is when you are buying directly from the owner. pls get back to me if you have any questions
