While everyone is happy, it may be a sad moment for someone, while the atmosphere is filled with joy, it may be moment of grief for a person. Our moods affects time, affects our appetite, affects the environment. it tends to bring out the best or the worst in us; it reveals how strong or how weak we can get. it rates our level of temperance. Someone's mood can be said to be the state of mind of that person at a particular time. A person's mood can be understood from his posture and other behavioral patterns. For example, he exhibits a happy mood when he gets a surprise gift from a friend or sad mood when bereaved. Appetite on the other hand is the desire for food. It's important to know that our moods can affect our appetite, since we experience different moods daily. While people when sad take solace in excessive eating, some even lose appetite when happy or busy. Some have no appetite at all when sad or depressed. You know? many times our moods affects the kind and the quantity of food we consume.
