Are You Head Indeed?
ARE YOU HEAD INDEED? – Sunday July 29th 2018
Memorise: And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church.
Read: Deuteronomy 28:13-14 (KJV)
13 And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:
14 And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.

Message:-
For you to walk in the reality of the truth that God has made you the head, you need to understand the significance of being the head. For this reason, we shall be looking at some of the responsibilities of the head in the body so that we do not disappoint the One who has graciously made us the head. According to today’s memory verse, our Lord Jesus Christ has been made the Head over all things for the benefit of the Church, which means that we derive our right and authority to be head in every area of life from Him, you can be sure that your attempts to function as head will be an exercise in futility. It would be a great waste of Christ’s work of grace if you fail to manifest as the head.

Prayer Points
1. Thank you, Father, for all your blessings and investments, in my life.
2. Father, in anyway, l have fallen short of your glory, please, have mercy and forgive me, in Jesus’ name.
3. Father, let every spirit of complacency, lukewarmness and self-centeredness, in my life, be consumed by your fire, in Jesus’ name.
4. Father, I confess that by my power, l can do nothing, please, help me to occupy, with things of eternal values, till you come, in Jesus’ name.
5. Father, do not uproot me from your vineyard, please, prune and purge me, that l may be more productive and fruitful, in Jesus’ name.
6. Father, give me the grace, to reciprocate your love, by rising for the salvation of others, that the death of Christ may not be in vain, in my life, in Jesus’ name.
7. Father, help me to meet your expectations, of living a life that will serve the cause and purpose of advancing your kingdom, here on earth, in Jesus’ name.
8. Father, give me a burden for praying and fasting, for souls, in this end time, in Jesus’ name.
9. Father, renew my passion and zeal for evangelism, soul-winning and follow-up, in Jesus’ name.
10. Father, please, rekindle the fire of your revival in my life and in our time, in Jesus’ name.
11. Father, may l not have to give excuses on the day of accountability, in Jesus’ name.

14. Thank you Father for answered prayers. (1 Thessalonians 5:18).
