The N-Power Volunteer Corps, a Social Investment Programme of the Federal Government of Nigeria has through their spokesperson Mr Afolabi Imoukhuede disclosed some reasons why some volunteers in the scheme may not receive their monthly stipends when the scheme will be paying the newly on-boarded volunteers their monthly stipends in August. In response to this, CNR Nigeria has articulated and explained the various reasons that could necessitate delay of payment or no payment at all.
