No one shud send his or her i.d card to the OP. If he wants to give out money, he doesn't need someone's i.d card.

That's what it's pointing at. Cos i don't know why he would need an ID verification to give out money.. 5k for that matter. Sure he would give out the money, but what will he do with your vital ID information? People give out millions to people without need for ID verification. He is not a registered company or a law enforcement personnel so I don't know what the ID is for or why he needs it. Thread with caution.
