There’s always going to be a difference between testing with a couple of hundred people and testing with millions of players. Things get discovered in that process. Yotta Games, We’ve been cognizant of that and trying to react quickly, especially when game-breaking bugs have cropped up. It’s a good foundation to move forward. We have a stable base to build from and next time out we can make sure that these issues are resolved.

A few weeks back, a new game came out called Mafia City. It was a new game from the same company, Yotta Games, which produced Mafia City H5. Both of the parallel mafia games are location-based RPG mafia games. I have heard a lot of good things about Mafia City H5 but had not played it so I decided to give the new game a try. It has taken me a while to write this review, because I have been busy playing both mafia games!

You’ll also be able to expand your castle, craft items like potions and generally kick some ass. Currently Mafia City is available for free on Facebook and there is no word yet on whether Yotta Games will be charging for the mobile version download or if it will remain free. Also EA has kept quite as to whether there will be Facebook connect integrated into it but considering it is a Facebook game originally, it would seem counter-productive to not include Facebook connect in the mobile version.

“Driving is very fun in Mafia City, but it is rarely required to progress. If you enjoy high speed driving, you can go after specific targets in vehicles, or use our Drive Like a Madman interrogation technique – but none of this is required content to progress because of the way our open world content is structured, which focuses on damaging the mob,” he explains. “If you want to damage the mob through stealth or straight gunplay, you can pick objectives that support those better. Even in the few missions where you are literally asked to chase someone down, you have multiple options – you can run them off the road, you can shoot out their tires, you can call in reinforcements.”




Since this is a much bigger game than previous installments, there is a lot more to do in Mafia City as well including different mafia games mode and even the ability to play casino mafia games. The soundtrack line-up is also pretty impressive. For those of you who have been waiting for Mafia City to arrive, you can pick the game up off of Google Play for $6.99. That’s right it is a full paid game.
