THE CREATIVE PROCESS
1. We create all of our graphics from scratch. We NEVER copy existing concepts, so every design is 100% unique. We will write the copy, commission or find the appropriate photography, then start with 2-3 concepts, and will gladly create more if we have somehow missed the mark with the first round. The initial drafts are available within 5 business days.
2. Once you choose a draft to work with, we will refine that design until you are completely satisfied. No extra charges; our revisions are free, no matter how many you want to see. Your design is important and we want you to be happy.
3. Final proofs of design will be shown for client's approval before the design are allow to go live on website, and all other printed materials.
final files are sent to you in all of the formats you will ever need. Not on that, we provide a guide that tells you how to use each file type.
