Our President(President Buhari) as most of us already know, was present at the 53rd Ordinary Session of the Authority of Heads of State and Government of the ECOWAS that held today in Lomé, Togo. He was also "unanimously" made the new ECOWAS Chairman even though he refused it. (weird)


But that aside, most of what was discussed still had to do with the centralization of financial policy and trade integration of all West African countries. But it has been reported that the delay in implementation of this ONE CURRENCY policy has been because our President has refused to consent to this deal. Actually Nigeria is the only country remaining to agree to the new policy which has been billed to take off by 2020.

Buhari delayed because he doesn't understand it. He read the documents but his brain, powered by a NEPA bill certificate, could not make out anything from it.

So he decided to delay as an excuse for his ineptitude.
