A North Carolina man paid $8.8 million by an adulterer sleeping with his wife.

A man named Francisco Huizar III has been ordered by a judge in North Carolina to pay one Keith King – the troubled husband of an adulterous wife. Keith caught his wife with Francisco realizing they have been having an affair for like 16 months.

It is legal for a person to sue any persons his or her spouse has had adultery with outside of their marriage, referred to as alienation of affection.
