The English Premier League champions have confirmed their signing of defender Philippe Sandler from Dutch top division side PEC Zwolle. Although the English club did not reveal financial details involve in the deal, but media remours stipulates that the fee was in the region of €3 million ($3.51m). The reported rumors also added that Philippe Sandler could be loaned back to a club in the Netherlands. Philippe Sandler is reported to be Manchester City’s third signing for this new league season.
