Our Client is a professional Events Firm who specialise in hosting events in stunning
facilities throughout Nigeria. With a track record of hosting premium events in fantastic venues,
our Client is seeking a Events Assistants to continue the good work of the business
on a flexible contract basis (12-14 days per month).

Job brief:
Assisting with the smooth running of events within venue for our client.This will include liaising with
customers,Conference Attendee's, the Operations Manager and Catering/Banqueting Team.

Ensure that staff are briefed and aware of functions and events happening on an on-going basis.
Assist in the co-rodination of events, facilities and equipment depending on the function/event
Meeting customers and establishing their needs and how you can accommodate them.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience/willingness to learn Events hosting/co-ordination.

Basic Software skills: Micro-soft office (knowledge of "access database" is very usefull)

A good planner who is always looking to please the customer

Able to demonstrate initiative and working to targets

Dynamic and driven to deliver the best level of service possible.
