COPR:


ECA is becoming a big issue with the addition of WAEC/NECO for Nigerian certificates by WES, so it's important to understand the pros and cons of WES & ICES. IQAS is mostly used by lawyers due to its favourable evaluation report.

WES vs ICES

WES evaluates WAEC/NECO before degree certs issued by Nigerian institutions can be evaluated while ICES doesnt require such.

WES verifies your transcript/WAEC/NECO by sending mail or email to your school that sent them the transcript and wait for your school to respond before evaluation is completed while ICES requires ONLY your school to send your transcript and no verification is required.

WES requires your school to send your transcript by post/courier while ICES requires your transcript to be sent by post/courier or via official email of your school.

WES charges $200 for all documents submitted plus additional $7 for standard delivery or $85 intl & $25 for local while ICES charges $200 per document and additional $75 for intl delivery or $26 for local.

WES minimum processing time is 20 business days when all documents are recieved and verification email replied while that of ICES is 10 weeks.

WES sends soft & hard copies of the evaluated document while ICES sends only hard copy with a charge of $75 for intl delivery & $26 for local.

NOTE
Use WES if you're:

OND/HND holder
Lawyer with LLM (you can also use ICES)
Nurse with BSc

Use IQAS if you're a:

Lawyer without LLM
Nurse without BSc

Take away: Get your biometrics done as soon as you get the letter.

Good morning house, i would like to commend you all for the great job you all are doing here . i am new here and i have been a lot of reading, this is my first post.
me and hubby have started our evaluation, transcripts are yet to be sent to WES though we have paid and gotten our reference numbers before the waec issue . i heard waec requests o level certificate for even if you made order before 3 of August.
my challenge now is that my age has issues . my waec carries a different age from my passport though my uni does not put age in transcripts, but waec does.
1. can i ask my school to cancel the request and send my transcript to ICES instead,
2 can i call WES and cancel my application and still get a refund of my money .
am currently running a diploma program for two or more certificate . which i hope to evaluate soon.
please your input will go a long way.

Please I need help. Have created an express entry and is until next year is going to expire. This morning I edit my profile by changing amount for a family of 1.Unfortunately,i got a mail that I am no longer eligible to be in the pool just because of the lower amount I put. I have gotten LAA to apply for Manitoba and have been gathering documents to submit.

I tried logging into my EE profile but my EE details are still intact just that I cannot wait any details for nw. Pls how do I go about this to restore back the amount and profile . Find screenhot

I recently found out too and I was shocked. For once, I assumed a moniker was female and I was still disappointed. Do you know where they repair gender radars abeg?

Click on 'Modify' and click 'Remove' beside the pix in the upload field. You may have recreate another profile. I am not sure if you can edit an ineligible profile.
