It is not a must he wins trophy before he garner experience. Did Harve Renard win anything with any African team before he won trophies with Zambia and Ivory Coast? He had already managed different teams and later he won titles after mastering African football.

Gernot Rohr makes very terrible decisions during playtime. Even a neonate in football can't make the mistake he makes. Playing Iwobi in the flanks and putting his fate in fattened Ighalo lucklustre Mikel really exposed his inadequacies at the world stage. He doesn't really know his player's strenght and weaknesses.

I Still don't get why he is still the coach?

The by coach in Africa is that Morocco coach. I admire the guys tactics 100%
