Cos it wasn't their stronghold, you can only rig in your stronghold, there are places you cant win no matter how much you rig, the anambra election comes to mind, and let me tell you this in a place like Kano Buhari got 1.9m votes in 2015 that won't happen again cos of Kwankwaso & Shekarau, with both PDP can successfully rig and get good margin of votes unlike 2015

2. Stopped voters from entering polling booth with phones. It prevented them to snap picture of who they voted for in return for payment.
3. Controlled access to collation centres

I don't think this calculation will work in Anambra except votes will not count if not if it's not apga or pdp it's hard to win with another party in Anambra, former governor mbadinuju tried it using Ad he failed, Ngige who had sympathy votes then tried it with ACN and failed even with the last federal might Apc lost out

There was no card readers then and we know then that there was a deal between PDP and Ojukwu to allow Anambra remain with APGA and the governor will use the state infrastructure to work for PDP in the presidential election.

There was no way PDP was ever going to allow Ngige to win.

With card readers,we no that it is not that possible now to over rig figures now.

Who doesn't know that it is because Akpabio has left PDP.
