We've been thinking on how best to improve on the award thing. Not just an improvement in amount but any other aspect where it could be more effective and touch lives. Sure we know the plan isn't just about money but showing appreciation and encouraging others to write more and improve on their writing skills. Consequently, we are open to more suggestions and advice from every member of the section on how we could move forward. Lastly, Our Sponsor has informed me of his decision to begin a new project soon and try to involve some NL writers for freelance where they could earn little pennies. Well, you need to initiate online workshop where aspiring writers can be coached, encouraged and motivated. You guys are brilliant, been going through all your stories well-done. The monthly award should be base on these points. 1. The popularity of the story. 2. The number of updates the author submit monthly, this is to curb many writers who dont update in a month and wants to win the award. 3. The number of views the author get for her publish. 3 Likes |

The way and manner ie the narrative structure of the story should be put into consideration...i have noticed some stories with fewer views are actually the best stories here.........so its not all about the popularity, the story itself should be considered... 2 Likes |
