Life charges at us with numerous hurdles, none of which is aimed at destroying us. You heard me! We often get it wrong by assuming life wants to see us frustrated, hence we tend to give up easily. Most times we are tested to discover our inner strength, hidden skills/talents, to enable us know that when life throws you lemons you make a delicious lemonade and sip with smiles instead of ranting about how sour the lemons are.

Growing up I had dreams and aspirations like every other kid out there. I wanted to be this, do that, build this, the list was endless.

Did I achieve them all?

The answer is, No!

Through determination, self encouragement and empowerment however, I am still standing and making progress. All this am doing despite several set-backs and failures.The fact that you lost your father(like myself) at an early age in life shouldn't mean the end of the road for you.

You applied for a job and was turned down does not imply that you cannot be hired elsewhere.

If you give up on the possibility of being employed by someone then create a job for yourself! What if that is where your wealth and destiny lies?

As a married couple, if you find it difficult to have kids despite all your efforts do not lose hope. You can be wonderful parents to a child that needs love and care if you adopt one today!! That singular act of love can move our creator to bless you with a seed.

The fact that your mates are getting married before you does not mean the world has forsaken you, use that time to work on yourself.

The fact that your married friends appear to be doing better than you shouldn't mislead you or cloud your judgements, you do not know their secret pain so do not envy them.

We are so preoccupied with counting our problems that we forget to take out time to count our blessings!

If you do not like your present situation, Do something!!!!

By doing something I mean taking a bold step in the right direction.

As a teen, I made chin-chin and eggroll for sale just to get pocket money. As an adult I still do my little business by the side. All am trying to say is, never let any situation deter you from being the best you can be. Device a positive means out of every tight situation.
