To All Young Visionary Farmers and Families,

Glorious Business Day to you all in the Glorious name of our Lord Jesus Christ,

Criticism is welcome but let us be wise and God-fearing about it.

We have Vision, Passion and Direction for the Agriculture Sector of the Nigerian and Global Economies and believe every Family can have their Farms, feed from the farms and cut off unnecessary expenditures but you have to start small, learn the details in order to combat and overcome all Challenges on your way to securing your Family's Food Future.

We are not entertainers, we are not fraudsters and we are not in the Food and Agriculture Sector to Play their Corrupt and diabolical games. We are driven by purpose and we are divinely backed. We are not in Agriculture Sector to follow the status quo, we are there to Champion Change and bring Restoration of it's lost glory and dignity.

Restoration takes Truth and Time. We all should know the decadence and the famine going on now in the world. Every Nation is seriously focused on their Food Security. The Youth and every Family in every Nation should do the same NOW and see that they practically secure their Food Futures. Do not depend absolutely on buying Food from the Market each time you need it because you will soon be surprised looking at the trends of global inflation, recession and depression. A Word is enough for the Wise.

We can help you start your Farm and manage it for some time if you do not have the time to do so and we can give you FREE information in the form of Cultivation Plans to help you go and cultivate and manage your Farm by yourself and a lot of People are benefiting from these Values. You may not break even in the first year but never give up because with a Clear Vision, Passion, Diligence and Accountability you will soon breakthrough into super profits.

We are not Perfect yet but by His grace we will get to perfection. We may not be able to please everybody at all times but we must please God Almighty all of the time and that is why we encourage people to share their testimonies and some have sent appreciation messages giving glory to God on our behalf. We need to encourage one another and support Industrious Youth as well as believe in the Truth so we can have true Economic Liberty and not to try to hunt each other down because of little error which will soon be overturned into Excellence.

A meeting with me and a visit to our Farm will more than convince you that we are saviours that have risen out of Zion. Do your research and talk to both peasant and commercial farmers closest to you for information about Agriculture and always pray before investing in farming.

There are still many more lands to conquer. You can rent Farmlands for NGN5,000 per Hectare yearly or even buy out-rightly for NGN200,000 or less. Feel free to start and manage your Farms by yourself. We are willing to help you if you believe.

Thank you

Best Regards,
Pastor Olusola

Manual Bush Clearing and Weeding have also increased their wages while

increase in the total amount of money that will establish and manage 1
Hectare for 5 years from NGN200,000 to NGN400,000.

We are also making our plans more achievable by reducing our 5-year
target to 10 Hectares Plantation per Hectare by December 2016.

This is our New Plantation Plan sent to our Partners and Prospects:.............

THE BOMB shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked

8th May 2012

FARM HARVEST REPORT
Here is the report on your farm.

I harvested 1 Bag of Corn worth NGN1,500 and 4 Bags of Cassava worth
NGN8,000
:ofrom your 2 Hectare Farm (after paying workers and
transporters).
We made Losses on your Corn and Cassava Farm cultivated between June
2011 and July 2012 due to the following reasons.

1. Wrong Timing/Planting Season (June/July 2011)
2. Farm land has reduced Fertility
3. Poor Weed Control
4. Bad road/Transportation Cost to and from your Farm
5. Climate Change
6. Old Cassava and Corn Varieties

I am improving on a daily basis now. I made a lot of mistakes in my
first and second years of farming and am presently applying corrective
measures to cut down Losses, cut Operating Expenses, Cost-effectively
and properly Control Weed, improve Crop Yield Per Hectare, maximise
Profitability and eventually hit our 5-year Plantation target.

Now we are trying to imbibe Mono-Croping where for example only Corn
occupies Half of an Hectare exclusively and then on another Half
Hectare only Cassava for a CASSAVA CORNBINED 1 HECTARE FARM. This will
drastically reduce Competition among Crops and help the Farm Manager
to concentrate on the Crop and give them all it takes for excellent
result.

THE FUTURE

I will restore your Farm to you by God's Grace. My annual Expansion
Targets on 1 Hectare Farm are stated below.
Year 1: 1Hectare Farm=1.1Hectares Farm
Year 2: 1.1Hectares Farm=1.3Hectares Farm
Year 3: 1.3Hectares Farm=2.5Hectare Farm
Year 4: 2.5Hectares Farm=5Hectares Farm
Year 5: 5Hectares Farm=10Hectares Farm

Your 2.2Hectares Cassava and Corn Farm shall be planted on or before
March 2013 using new improved varieties which is a very good planting
season. This will be made possible because I already have TME/TMS
Cassava Varieties (IITA Ibadan) on two of my other farms and the stems
will be ready freely for us to expand to more Hectares. Our Corn hence
forth will do well because i now have the secret of getting
out-performing yield per Hectare. I also now have a used Bus that will
serve the purpose of a Truck and will help cut down transport
expenditures from now on. Also i now have a trust-worth and
God-fearing Supervisor and he is doing very well in coordinating
workers and resources.

Please bear with me in trying to bring about Food and Agriculture
Restoration to Nigeria and to Africa and this is just our 2nd year.
The Challenges are many but our ALMIGHTY GOD is greater than all of
them and i believe by the help of the MOST HIGH GOD we shall surely
Overcome making the greatest of Impact and Profit in the nearest
Future.

Thanks again for your Partnership and Understanding. May GOD bless
your Family. Amen.

Best Regards,
Olusola Oluwagbemi

QUESTIONS

PASTOR SOLA, WHERE IS MY 2 HECTARE CASSAVA PLANTATION THAT YOU HARVESTED IN SEPTEMBER 2012?
WHERE IS THE MONEY?

I have just recieved this email today from Pastor Sola.

Glorious Business Day Sir/Madam,

Please accept my apology for the failure recorded on your Farm. It
happens generally to most Farmers including those with over 20 years
experience.

I have attached Plantain Cultivation Plan to your e.mail to plant
2,500 Plantain Suckers on 1 Fertile Hectare and manage it for you so
as to restore the wasted time and investment.

I have located 1 fertile Hectare for you. I will pay the rent soon and
start Bush Clearing in February/march so that by March/April this year
we start planting.

Please send a God-fearing, Christ-minded Co-Manager to be coming to
your Farm at least every quarter (3 months). This will assist us
greatly.

The harvest will be done stage-wisely and money made will be paid into
a Bank Account you will give to me or allow your proxy to organize the
harvest and sales.

We are moving forward in Jesus Christ name. Amen.

Thank You

Can you please clearly state what went wrong with the deal to clear our doubts.
Re: CASSAVA,CORN,UGU,PLANTAIN,WATERMELON,EGUNSI,PEPPER Cultivation&Plantation@NGN500K-NGN2M 08055940488 by yommyuk: 2:40am On Jan 31, 2013
Basically, the Guy is saying that the farm did not do well by saying to have only harvested around NGN8000 worth of crops from a farm in which over NGN700K was invested.

Originally the farm was suppose to be a 4 hectare farm, but later on he cited mysterious expenses then we had to reduce the land to 2 hectares. After that it was one excuse after another.

The first project, he planted corn on 2 Hectares of Land around June 2011 with the intention to harvest September 2011. Nothing came out of it. His explanation ‘wrong timing for planting’

Second Project , He planted cassava on two hectares of same land in Mid 2011 (few week after planting the corn) with the aim to harvest September 2012, He went behind my back and harvested the whole farm, then sent me a report that the crops did not do well.

He promised to reinstate the farm in March 2013. This time I thought ok, I better do this the proper way by getting a lawyer and a more reputable person involved. I contacted the Pastor this week via email to update me on the way forward because March 2013 is just around the corner. He sent me an email stating that he will get in touch with me after they have done the planting. No detailed information about where the farm land will be situated, documentation or whatever.

That is when I decided to bring this matter on nairaland for the sake of transparency and full disclosure. I don’t know the guy from Adam, but only via Nairaland. I followed his posting for 7 months before I contacted him.
He has sent me an email today apologizing and agreeing to do it via the proper channels. Bottom-line, I don’t trust the guy one bit. But I will not let him get away with it neither.

I will update you guys with further info on how I get on with the MOG.

Chudoify: My brother, how can you just hand your money over to someone to do business for you.somebody you don't know.is it because he calls himself a pastor.i think the mistake is from you.Take care
Well said.

Any way, its just one of those things, I hope this March farming will be properly monitored by you.

I saw it at first, 700k yielding 8k. That's just preposterous. I also intend to do a farm with this guy but from the look of things, it will be harder than I thought. In simple terms, this man is just a thief. How can he harvest your farm without your knowledge.

I suggest you calculate the minimal that farm could have yielded and ask him to pay the equivalent. Get him arrested and prosecute. He is a thief.

I have always wondered how he made his money from helping others with their farms. Now I know, he harvests other people's farm like it is his own. Get your money back. From the first harvest before proceeding with the coming farming season.

Finally pastor, unless you change your ways and be thoroughly sincere in your dealings, claiming to be a pastor won't save you when nemesis catches up with you. I never ever trusted you because you are a pastor, I had it in mind to treat you the way I treat every other person I do business with. I will still do my snail farm with you but only if I'm convinced by my due diligence report. It is such a pity comfort can't even be found with so called pastors like you. You are such a wicked person. Change your ways you thieving minister!

Thank you all for your Comments.

I apologise to all Nairaland and Farmers for the poor harvest recorded in the past.

The Future is here and we are growing and shinning brighter everyday not relenting. We are moving to the next level.

These are some of the Challenges of Agriculture that every Farmer is combating and trying to overcome everyday

1. Burglary
2. Bad Roads and Distance from Farm to town and from town to Market
3. Mistakes in Timing
4. Fake Fertilizer/Fertilizer Racket
5. Old Farming Technology
6. Poor Storage/Preservation
7. Changing Government Policies
8. Mismanagement, Diversion and Corruption
9. High cost of improved Crop Varieties
10. Market Association Bottlenecks
11. Infertility of some Farmlands due to overusage
12. Climate Change
13. Ever Increasing Operating Expenses
14. Inflation
15. Flooding/Drought
16. Diabolism/Juju/Voodoo
17. Weed
18. Insects/Pests/Diseases
19. Unfaithful Labourers/Farm Workers e.t.c
20. Food Glut
21. Inavailability of Capital

You can do your Farm by yourself or Co-manage it with a Farmer and then you will understand better.

Yummyuk and co. thank you very much for all you have done on this thread. I fear the Lord and nothing can seperate me from the Love i have for Jesus Christ. I am not angry with you at all, i am at Peace and i have forgiving you. I will be glad if you can forgive me too. Nothing can stop me. I am sent. Feel free to call me or come and see me for the truth and way forward.

I pray that everyone of us will reap Bumper Harvests of all the Seeds we have sown and still sowing in Jesus Christ name. Amen

Tractorable Farmlands now scarce

Only Bushy Farms available and you need to clear the bush with between NGN30,000 and NGN50,000 per Hectare depending on the size and the number of Big Trees and Shrubs there.

We mean Serious Business and we are making positive impact in then Agric Sector already.

Failure will be restored into Excellence just be focused and fear the Lord.

Hmmm....so it takes only N30k-N50k per HECTARE to clear bush...so how much should it take for one acre?

monopolist: Thank you all for your Comments.

[s]I apologise to all Nairaland and Farmers for the poor harvest recorded in the past.

The Future is here and we are growing and shinning brighter everyday not relenting. We are moving to the next level.

These are some of the Challenges of Agriculture that every Farmer is combating and trying to overcome everyday

1. Burglary
2. Bad Roads and Distance from Farm to town and from town to Market
3. Mistakes in Timing
4. Fake Fertilizer/Fertilizer Racket
5. Old Farming Technology
6. Poor Storage/Preservation
7. Changing Government Policies
8. Mismanagement, Diversion and Corruption
9. High cost of improved Crop Varieties
10. Market Association Bottlenecks
11. Infertility of some Farmlands due to overusage
12. Climate Change
13. Ever Increasing Operating Expenses
14. Inflation
15. Flooding/Drought
16. Diabolism/Juju/Voodoo
17. Weed
18. Insects/Pests/Diseases
19. Unfaithful Labourers/Farm Workers e.t.c
20. Food Glut
21. Inavailability of Capital

You can do your Farm by yourself or Co-manage it with a Farmer and then you will understand better.

Yummyuk and co. thank you very much for all you have done on this thread. I fear the Lord and nothing can seperate me from the Love i have for Jesus Christ. I am not angry with you at all, i am at Peace and i have forgiving you. I will be glad if you can forgive me too. Nothing can stop me. I am sent. Feel free to call me or come and see me for the truth and way forward.

I pray that everyone of us will reap Bumper Harvests of all the Seeds we have sown and still sowing in Jesus Christ name. Amen

Cost of Manual Bush Clearing vary from place to place.

It's cheap in remote villages and expensive in Cities.

You can clear 1Ha for as much as NGN70,000 in some places in Towns and Cities.

This depends on:

1. Availability of Workers
2. Negotiation Power
3. Thickness of Bush
4. Number of Shrubs & Trees there
5. Size of Trees
6. Welfare (Transport & Feed Workers to encourage them and pay them by 6pm same day)
7. Close Monitoring/Supervision

This is the reason why I am highlighting this issue on Nairaland.

This man must explain what personally went wrong with my investment. - detailed information on NARIALAND - It is called full disclosure and transparency. Uptill now, he has not sent me a financial statement(including receipts) regarding how you spent my money on the 2 projects. Do you think u r dealing with a bushman.

Catch u later cool
