FYI, it was Perruzi that wrote a few of Davido's lyrics... Also, it's not a secret that Davido buys his lyrics. He even acknowledged it... giving a shout out to Tekno for IF.

There were rumours that it was Mayorkun that wrote Davido's Flora my flava. Apart from that, Mayorkun didn't really have much impact on Davido.

Alot of musicians sound alike... Right now, most upcoming rappers in the US sound like Lil Wayne. Does that mean Wayne is behind it?
