Please help, ive been finding it difficult to toilet for 7days now, i feel pressed every 1-2hrs and each time i go to the toilet i need to force myself very hard before a small/tiny one painfully comes out from my anus. I ve been taking fruits, vegatable, beans & water but all proved abortive |
