this is d same man that said he will stop medical tourism&that change begins with Nigerians but he didnt change. D same man who said nigerians should patronise made in nigeria goods to save forex&help d economy but spends our scarce forex om himself. Going abroad 4 medical treatment alone shows that buhari lacks d minutest of integrity.
