if we let p(F) be the probability of football which is 3/4
let p(B) be the boots which is 7/8
the union of F and B,  ie p(FuB) which is equal to p(F) + p(B) - p(FnB) which is a level formula
[p(FnB) means intersection or probabilty of both]
so p(FuB) = 1
1=3/4 + 7/8 - p(FnB)
so therefore p(FnB) = 5/8,
p(FnB) = p(F) x p(B/F)
p(B/F) means the probability of boots given and since we alredy know the have a football,
which means
5/8 = 3/4 x p(B/F)
so that mean p(B/F) is 5/6
now 6 only divides into 24 equally so it must be 24 - right?
