The Eagles didn't surprise alot but brought heart breaks to the weak in hearts. Their return to Ngr like a thief at night tells more about their performance. What do you think is best for them now? Is it going back to uhe ficticious drawing board? Disband as reported? Hiring or retaining their manager?

It is no longer news how the wings of our eagles were comforted plucked out by underated countries in the s/a 2010 football showcase. To some the cause is yak to others lars the truth there is that this is caused by our foolish sport directors who have no spirit of sportmanship who called themselves NFF.See, in NIGERIA we do what i call PROFESSION IMPROVISATION for an instance using engineer or doctors or chiefs even alhajis to direct our sport what do they know apart from looting money. They have shown their directing aiblity in hiring a foriegn coach few weeks to the game and expect him to do wonders. The best way of solving a problem is to recognice and accept it as a problem hence find possible solution. Base on this i suggest the authorities do the following 1 accept that there a problem and not fool themselves with 'they wil do better next time' 2 go for stars hunting and let the old ones dive into r.Niger 3 give lars a second chance 4 appoint ministers with sports related certificates.

We have to change the way we develop players, our system is archaic. We send players to U17,U20 etc and hope they graduate to SE but they don't grow as much because the market for players is expanding all around the world hence failure rate is high

We need to invest in well developed academies. Our league quality has to be improved. When was the last time a top club sent scouts for a local player? Part of it includes coaching aspect of the game. Is there a required coaching classification training? We need quality coaches and I think with the huge following of the game young people are interested.

Finally our national team coaches must be talking to each other, kudos to NFF for keeping John Obuh and his boys. I believe the U23 coach should be the SE coach as well that way we maintain continuity. The issue of Amodu boys or Siasia boys doesn't help our national teams
And then all this without a desire to serve is useless, the federal government have to change our educational curriculum to include patriotic values in our young people.
