Go to settings: apps, search for playstore and clear cache/data. Do the same for Google Play services and reboot.

You can also try another network

I just uninstalled the one I downloaded. The output is poor compared to gcam

Bootloader unlocking is the first step. Just make sure you copy your files to a laptop

That's because Note 7 Pro was only launched in India and China.

Also, the ROM on N7Pro is also a global rom but Indian based.

I guess you're trying to flash a firmware to ur phone. If that's the case, you need to copy the UNZIPPED file directly to ur Local Disk Folder. This will enable Mi Flash tool to recognize it faster.

While you're doing that, make sure you "CHECK" 'clean all' at the bottom of Mi Flash Tool to avoid stories that touch.

Were you flashing a fastboot ROM with mi flash tool for your phone? Is ur phone bootloader unlocked?
