In the past, I have used DigitalOcean cloud hosting servers for hosting my blog and small websites but there is one problem apart from the awesome quality of their cloud instances, they don't offer instant support services via chat. The only option is send tickets, can you tell any provider offering live chat? |

They don't offer chat because they are none managed vps, that's why they are so cheap. Managed vps with live chat support will probably cost you five times the price. |
