Moorish: "" Be truthful for once "" Afonja child, I know where ur headed. But before u go there, You need to first read up books from Ur brother Major Ademoyega - why we struck and my brother chinua achebe - There was a country......After that u will be qualified to delve deeper into the matter. Nothing Preceeded the genocide on the IGBOS. They were killed as a result of pre-existing hatred that other Nigerian tribes had for the Igbos. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Moorish: One thing you fail to understand is that Igbo values life and doesn't discriminate. In igbo language Mmadu means beauty of life we value human life, you may be a slave and as a igboman i will still respect you because you're Mmadu.. 2 million Biafrans lost there lives to the freedom cause which makes our freedom vital. Live and lets live is an Igbo parable. 3 Likes |

Moorish: The were probably acting from the script of Deuteronomy 19 ''1 When the LORD thy God hath cut off the nations, whose land the LORD thy God giveth thee, and thou succeedest them, and dwellest in their cities, and in their houses; 2 Thou shalt separate three cities for thee in the midst of thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it. 3 Thou shalt prepare thee a way, and divide the coasts of thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee to inherit, into three parts, that every slayer may flee thither. 4 And this is the case of the slayer, which shall flee thither, that he may live: Whoso killeth his neighbour ignorantly, whom he hated not in time past;'' I guess you know who we are 1 Like |

Igbos can bring Biafra much closer and attainable by doing just one thing seriously: invest heavily and stay put in the east. But we know igbos can’t do this, so Biafra continues to be a mirage. |

I was just enjoying this peaceful thread thinking people from different tribes will proffer solutions on how to move forward either as a country or as different countries but as always, some people decided to bring their frustration to this thread. Until the youths decide to do the needful, na we and our unborn children go suffer am. Are we not tired of the hatred? Are we not tired of the situation of our country? (country is the people living inside it, not some geographical location). What do we want as a people? Whites insult us and then we start looking for who's fault it is. O fellow Africans, are you not tired? When shall we start thinking of the next invention instead of the next election? ARE WE NOT TIRED!!! 2 Likes |

Please lecture if I’m wrong and don’t insult me here , I stand against the term marginalization and oppression of terms by SE Youths Late VP Alex Ekueme became the VP within few years after the Civil war Same Alex ekueme was the a major candidate for the seat of President in 1999 but lost to Obasanjo In the primary election ( he didn’t even win the delegates from SE) Between 1999-2003: The SE produced 3 senate presidents allowing Obasanjo to dribble between them . In 2003: the intelligent Ohi of Ohi Dr Chuba was Okadigbo was the VP aspirant to Buhari . Did he win in any SE state? APGA like AD(ACN) was suppose to be South east political identity but wasn’t welcome Finally in my opinion is that the problem of south east is people like Ekweremadu who know how to play politics at the top and come back to tell his people that Hausa and Yoruba are marginalizing them. People like Nnamdi Kanu who scares Nigerians with his fraudulent ambition Moorish: 1 Like |

Moorish: Nigeria is already at war with the igbos or are you waiting for the official announcement? You couldn't fight the war instead you targeted innocent children and women.... Shame on you guys in the 3 years we produced almost everything we needed including refining crude oil but in 2018 the zoo still exports crude oil only to import petrol.... Overtake is allowed and that's what the Igbos did after the war, with £20 we still overtook you guys. Biafrans are great indeed 3 Likes 1 Share |

Moorish: This comment of yours shows that you have already taken the stand of violence and you just want to know what fellow Nairalanders think about your stand. Now, let me tell you, if you people pick up arms and ammunition against the Federal republic of Nigeria, the 1967 to 1970 suspended Christmas Party where about three million stubborn Biafran goats were used for pepper soup and suya will be restarted and the casualty will be in tens of millions this time around. If you are not brave enough to confront the government but instead hide under peaceful gathering to foment trouble in any part of the country, the Nigerian Army will be instructed to shoot you all at sight with AK-47, runaway survivors will be reshot with AK-49. Those who have ears, let them hear. |

Igbos don't even know Yorubas exist, for us they are not worth our time. As an Igbo man you hardly see any Igbo family discussing about Yorubas. We don't have that time and its not in the spirit of any Nwafor for such discussion BUT that's not the case with most Yorubas especially Yoruba Muslims who see Igbo Giants in their dream. Most Yorubas have been taught to see Igbos as ritualists, illiterates, underdeveloped and no rich Igbo man made his money honestly BUT when you closely look inward in their region you will see the full definition of hypocrisy and the pure explanation of a person that has trees in his eyes rushing to tell others to remove the specs in their eyes. The things Yorubas accuse igbos of is what they are suffering and like I once said "its better we leave these people to wallow in their delusions of how they are the best in all developmental strides and the thought of war grounded Eastern region of 1970s is still the Eastern region of today despite the federal absense" 4 Likes |

Ganzagangan:What has the Igboman done that can be compared to what Fulani herdsmen are doing today? Yet, you cowards cannot show them half of the hate you have displayed here. We Igbos, move to other region to conduct our business in peace, what do we get back in return hate and resentment, and you want us to continue in the same country? Whose ethnic group has been running this country? What is the result today, we are the top of the most impoverished nation on earth. Bro, keep your hate to yourself. We are aware of it, and only but a matter of time, Igbos will be free from this shackle of a country. 2 Likes 1 Share |
Re: Igbo President (and Why Nigeria Needs It Desperately) by xcrew20: 3:20pm On Sep 09, 2018 |
Ganzagangan:We did that long ago. We are practical minded people, if not, we will not be all over Nigeria doing business. The Igboman of today is only but reacting to years of injustice. You treated our fathers with contempt and death; and still extending same to us. The lagoon threat by one of your Oba, against a people, free by constitution, to exercise their electoral right, is just one example, among many. The truth is like one, poster, rightly stated, you hate us for nothing, and that we have realized. You don't have any reason hating, but you just do. No matter what the Igboman does, you must find fault. The solution, still remain a separate sovereign state, which will definitely come according to time. 2 Likes 1 Share |
