At first,I thought it was battery,then I bought a new battery but d same thing continued. Once d phone gets to 30%,it turns off,and bfr d phone will charge,u have to tie d chord round d phone so,it d charger can fit in properly otherwise, it won't charge.d phone is less than 5 months

consult a phone engineer to work on the charging port, and change yr charger. Itel for me is not a durable brand.
