2-Year-Old Rapi Ananda Pamungkas in Indonesia has been addicted to smoking ever since he learnt puffing at just 2 months. At the tender age of two, he has become so addicted that he smokes up to 40 a day and becomes so aggressive on passersby when he can't get cigarettes.
