When is the average year that Africa will no longer depend on aid from abroad COMPLETELY - Economically, technologically, etc ? This projected year there wont be crave to go abroad for greener pastures, self-sufficiency will abound, human resources will be enough, and Africa will be envy of other continents. Please, be real! |
