How many female tennis players can you compare with Serena? Venus has one of the best head to head records against Serena. How many female tennis players have 12 wins against serena? venus Williams has 7 grand slam titles. Among the current generation of female tennis players, only Serena has more grand slam wins. Were it not for the fact that Venus was diagnosed with Sjögren's syndrome, she would have equalled Serena's accomplishments.

Venus has 7 grand slam titles. She was ahead of Serena until she (Venus) was diagnosed of Sjögren's syndrome. Among the current crop of female tennis players, she has the second highest amount of grand slams.

For those who dont know, Venus williams suffered a career threatening sickness in 2011 called sjogrens syndrome. That terribly affected her career. She used to have an upper hand over Serena Williams before the auto immune disease.
