Let me use my case as an example

For 3 days i was having same issue adding my academic qualifications, untill last night I read a hint here on this thread and i made corrections

at first i wrote the name of my school like this: Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, Ondo State. but when i realised that the website is having issues with long texts i shortened the name to Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo State. andi was able toadd everything successfully.

That might be the same correction you need to make.
