It is no more news that our beloved brother Babatunde Nafiu lost his dear life to the careless attitude of one of the members of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).This is an attestation to the step taken by the Vice President of our beloved country; Prof Yemi Osinbajo,that such step is a big one in the right direction. This careless attitude spontaneously led to a revolt among youth in Iwoland, this act though highly condemned by our body has led to the illegal arrest of innocent 31 citizen of the state.Efforts by a renowned human activist group : ADVOCACY FOR JUSTICE, to get freedom for victims of such abuse is going towards a path of being futile due to the following
Key points:
-Threatening of the parent of the deceased to withdraw the case from court ,so as to allow the officer behind the careless attitude to go Scot free.
-Trying to cover up the case by threatening to arrest the human right(Advocacy For Justice) coordinator
