For those who believe that what you don’t know cannot hurt you, they’ve obviously never been at the mercy of a landlord in Nigeria. Despite the best efforts of the government to enlighten the public of the constitutional provisions for the tenant, the general population is still quite uninformed on the rights of the tenant. Being the verified number one online marketplace for real estate in Nigeria, the onus rests on to carry on this enlightenment torch until tenants all over Nigeria are treated fairly and with dignity.
