I have a brand new HTC Desire 626. It's a good phone but my problem is a customized "HTC Confidential 548035" that displays on the screen always. Whether I'm browsing, calling, texting, watching a video, it's always there. I have tried all tricks to remove it to no avail. Does any one have the same experience? What's the significance and how can I remove it? Below is a screen shot of it.
