Chief Mike Ozekhome,SAN,OFR,was pictured with Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers state at Government House,Port Harcourt.He is one of the counsels in the suit by Rivers state government against the EFCC and the Attorney General of the Federation,in which the EFCC is illegally trying to freeze the accounts of the Rivers state government contrary to existing and extant decisions of various courts,to the effect that in a federal set up such as we operate,the federal government or any of its agencies cannot act as an omnibus policeman that monitors state government accounts and how they spend their money. It is the function of each state House of Assembly,the Accountant General and the Auditor General of each state.
