This is the reply from someone and he is right from my experience this morning.

It's a new trick which is used to access your SIM card, make calls at your expense and frame you as a criminal.

I really don’t know if it’s possible for them to transfer funds from accounts.
But i do receive calls from +370 back then.

After several trials I was able to get to the number that used to flash me.. it was a woman voice and she sounded like a Lebanese. She told me she is a refugee and she need my help.. it was then I realize that they are refugees just trying to get to people for help. That’s all I know about the strange numbers.

This is true oo. My mom told me a number starting with that 37 flashed her, then she called the number back but there was silence at the other end and within 10s 50naira airtime don chop

How Can This possible Happen?? though i wont say its a lie because with the improvement of technology anything can happen they called me yesterday and i called back but mtn zap my credit like wetin. one from lithuania and the other from latvia.

this particular number actually flashed me 2days ago showing LATIVA on the screen.

We don’t even use credit card in Nigeria
