Can only happen in afonja land. Reason dey want to associate wit biafrans

Can't you make your point(s) without bring tribaphobic?

We keep festering ethnic hatred and distrust among ourselves to the amazement of our political leaders.

Bad governance has no ethnic coloration.

axcer:
For the people of Oba-Akoko and Ikun-Akoko in the northern senatorial district of Ondo State, they never had the premonition that the midnight’s heavy downpour would cost them to be “miles” apart despite sharing boundaries.

Residents of the two communities woke to see that the only bridge connecting them has been wash off by the midnight downpour which lasted for hours.

With this development, it is now a compulsory task for members of the affected communities to go through a longer route if they plan to travel to other parts of the senatorial district, instead of a journey which usually last some minutes before the collapse of the bridge.

The development has caused confusion in the Akoko and Ose local government axis of the state as prospective travelers have been stranded because of lack of access road.

A former Councillor in Ose local government, Isaac Obiniran, while calling on government to expedite effort at reconstructing the bridge, stated that the only alternative route is not only longer but also in a terrible state with robbers usually operating there.

“There is hardly a week that travelers will not be robbed or kidnapped along the road.

“The other Ipele- Idoani- Isua road, which is federal highway that would have been a good alternative to Oba – Akungba -Oka road, is also in a very bad state.

He urged the Ondo state government to quickly come to the rescue of numerous travelers passing through the road.

There is no good road in any part of Akoko, I don't know why they have that bad in that state, since the exit if Baba Adefarati, it has been one worse Governor after another, the present idiot is a disaster that shouldn't have allowed to happen, but it's already happening.

I'm serving at Ondo and that state is extremely poor. When I say poor I mean poor. Those roads are just too bad. The government failed to develop that state instead they focused more on Akure the state capital.... The road leafing to Ikare is just out of it. The governor of the state is a failure. I repeat. FAILURE.

Nigeria is cursed i swear.

And i am not joking.

Anybody who wants to become a government official believes its necessary to fortify himself agaimst real and perceived enemies.

To do this he enters into covenant with wicked and diabolical demonic forces who grant him his wish after providing the start up sacrifices.

He becomes heartless and can never see and feel the pain of the people because he is now under the control of the ruling demon he pledged allegiance to.

This is the real problem of Nigeria....its deeply spiritual.
The endless killings, massive looting, etc are just mere symptoms.

I
i totally agree with u

It's only in Nigeria where people can't differentiate between culvert, flyover or bridge.
That's why its so easy for politicians to bambozzle them .

This culvert has been there time immemorial. To the best of my knowledge, since the 80's. It channels a river called Ajan to River Ose.
Ajan is dreadful and aggressive. There is a family in Owa-odo, Oba-Akoko that usually appease it whenever it became aggressive in those days. If not appease, it will sweep off all the farmland.
Technically speaking, that culvert box is not the best for such river. It suppose to be bigger and broader. I guess it was one of those colonial era projects

What I can say it might be d cause of this menace on d bridge is negligent. This bridge would have needed government attention and repaired before the incident.
