Really unfortunate for him, the truth is we all risk our lives in this part of the world with our over the counter drugs purchase and usage. The drugs might not even be expired rather not compatible with his body system.
BTW do we take a close look at the leaflets that comes with this drugs and see the sometimes harsh reactions or side effects that comes with taking them.
